I have nearly five years of experience working with individuals, children, couples, and groups of all different backgrounds on a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, grief and loss, inner child work, and boundaries work. I received my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University. I am well-versed in Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Mindfulness.
My therapy style is eclectic, collaborative, affirming, and holistic. I believe in empowering clients through a person-centered approach to promote growth, self-expression, and self-advocacy. I enjoy incorporating art, journaling, reading materials, and creative outlets in sessions.
In my heart of hearts, I am passionate about helping people navigate family dynamics, heal from trauma, and feel confident in boundary-setting. I am grateful to be in a field where I can walk with others in their journey towards healing and growth.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy painting, collecting trading cards, visiting new tea shops, and spending quality time with my two dogs.
