Originally from Manila, my life took a bold and transformative turn on July 4, 2000, when I arrived in Los Angeles, fueled by unwavering determination. This pivotal move soon led me to embark on a rewarding career in the U.S. Navy. Approaching a milestone of 24 years in service, my naval journey has been an adventure of diverse combat deployments, challenging shipboard roles, and extensive overseas assignments. As this enriching chapter of my career progresses, I'm eagerly anticipating a transition to a new realm brimming with varied and exciting opportunities.

Now, I embrace a pivotal role at a thriving health center. This position reflects my professional goals and commitment to enhancing individual and community well-being. Continuing to expand my expertise, I'm pursuing a DBA in Health Services, a strategic choice that complements my role and underlines my dedication to mental health.

My educational background includes an Associate of Science in Computer System Design and Programming, Health Science Laboratory Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, and a Master's in the same field. My present academic concentration on management, finance, marketing, operations, and strategy is intentionally designed to broaden my insights into business leadership and operational efficiency. This effort is crucial for enhancing my comprehension of patient engagement and healthcare strategies.

My personal life is equally fulfilling, marked by a strong family foundation. Married to my wife, Fe, we've navigated life's challenges and triumphs together for over two decades. We're parents to four extraordinary children: a son following in my naval footsteps, a daughter who graduated magna cum laude from UCSD, and two younger children who bring endless joy and discovery.

My journey is one of resilience, adaptability, and growth. From humble beginnings in the Philippines to a distinguished Navy career and now a leader in healthcare and mental wellness, my life story embodies continuous evolution and significant impact.
