I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and received my master’s from Pepperdine University. As a Navy Veteran, I wanted to continue to find ways to strengthen the veteran community and strive to do just that.
I have experience working with formerly incarcerated individuals, adolescents, families, and couples. My primary focus has been working with the veteran community. At UCLA, I worked with veterans and their families to help teach practical skills and strategies to manage and navigate life’s challenges.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I recognize that some may be new to therapy, and I work with each client to help them become comfortable with therapy and set achievable goals. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Depth Psychology.
I look forward to working with you and getting to hear your story!
