I received my Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. I have worked in various settings, including a residential treatment facility, a community mental health outpatient clinic, and an outpatient private practice setting. Throughout my experience, I have worked with various populations and presented problems.
I had over ten years of experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania before I moved to California in the summer of 2022. Shortly after, I obtained my Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure.
My primary clinical focus has been working with adults individually and with couples, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach is very collaborative, as I ensure the building of rapport and trust within the therapeutic relationship. I have been given feedback that I listen well, show empathy, and have a nonjudgmental approach. My treatment modalities include but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity to work with people, hear their life stories, and appreciate being invited into their lives to assist them with any difficulties in their journey.
