Love languages are used to connect you to people that you love by showing them what you enjoy and how you enjoy it. Love languages can also be different when dealing with friends, families and your spouse/partner. Love languages helps you communicate with those you love. There are 5 love languages which are detailed below.

  1. Acts of Service - This is when you do something that is helpful or special for someone that you love.

  2. Gift Giving - This is when you are giving thoughtful and meaningful gifts to someone that you love.

  3. Physical Touch - This is any physical sign of affection for someone that you love.

  4. Quality Time - This is when you spend time with someone that you love.

  5. Words of Affirmation - This is when you are saying encouraging words or message to uplift someone that you love.

Remember love languages help your express your needs to those that you love and vice versa. Also remember that your love language can change over time.
