I received my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University in Riverside, California. I have gained insight into different settings such as public schools, outpatient and in-patient clinics, community health, and outpatient private practice.
One of my goals as a therapist is to offer a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions while providing empathy and support. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. My style is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and a person-centered approach. I often implement other tools to personalize the process for clients. My passion is working with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, self-identity, family-related issues, self-harm, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, and personal growth.
I love meeting new people and hearing their incredible stories. I am looking forward to being able to walk alongside you in your journey.
